Building resource centres for women in the Baltic Sea region 2006. február 9. 13:20 The Interrreg III b-project FEM ( Female Entrepreneurs´Meetings in the Baltic Sea Region) has past half the time in January 2006. During the first 1 1/2 year new resource centres have been built up in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and northern Poland.
